Using a Glass Room in Winter

Glass rooms might strike you as being a summertime only type of structure. However, if you think this, you probably haven’t been in a very good quality glass room before. This could be underfloor heating, or you might choose to install heating lamps to make it feel more like the outdoors (but with the added bonus of glass to protect you). One of the reasons why you might choose underfloor heating is the benefit for the structure as a whole: it can help prevent condensation by really warming up the space.

You can also choose to have blinds installed, which can help to insulate the space. There are different kinds of glass and different ceilings you can install to help with heat retention so enquire when you have your glass room built.
